Perfect Relations is the largest PR Agency in India providing image management services to a number of Clients in India. As part of this, Perfect Relations monitors the coverage about its Clients in all leading publications (news papers, magazines etc.) and provides the same with some analysis of the coverage to its Clients. ViciDocs was implemented for capturing news clips across 15 locations in the country on a daily basis with detailed classification and indexing for central storage at their headquarters in New Delhi.

Standard ViciDocs Enterprise with a minor customization for auto-generation of meta tags for indexing was implemented here. PR personnel in each of the 15 regional offices of Perfect Relations scan and upload the news clips with the index data to the central server over the Internet. PR as well as end Clients can be provided access over the web for viewing the specific coverage a specific Client got publication-wise and/or date-wise. Customized reports on the 'equivalent Advertising Value' of the news coverage as well as a CD based report providing all the news clips for a client with search were also provided.

• Perfect Relations can now dispatch reports to their Clients through email saving dispatch costs.



• Service level improved significantly since the news coverage across the whole country is available centrally over the Internet before 10 a.m. compared to what it used to take earlier (scanning & emailing or photocopying & courier).



• Significant productivity enhancements resulting in cost reduction.



• Ability to offer new products and services (hitherto non-existent) to Clients.
