Ambience Publicis is one of India's largest advertising agencies and part of the global advertising network Publicis. It has been in operation for more than 10 years now and has consequently built up a huge library of advertisements, Point-of-Sale Material, reference documents etc. Vicisoft implemented ViciDocs to manage this repository with secure backups etc. and developed web-based business applications like leave management and HR information system integrated with the product.

Specifics
|
Each client was represented as a folder in the ViciDocs system and this folder was given the requisite security settings to let only client manager and top management access the documents of the client. Through the full-text search features of ViciDocs the users could search through WORD, EXCEL, PDF documents etc.. The web-based interface was adapted to integrate the leave management and HR information system with the same login.
