This section of the Demo covers the ViciDocs functionality related to indexing of documents stored in ViciDocs DMS. The indexing will then facilitate retrieval of specific documents through powerful searches. ViciDocs is an Enterprise class DMS solution which supports three broad categories of indexing – Keyword indexing; user configurable field based Metadata indexing and the advanced content based automatic full text indexing.
The demo covers the process for keyword indexing as well as metadata indexing. Content indexing happens automatically.
