Scan Client for Lotus Notes

ScanClient for Notes product from the ViciDocs suite allows Lotus Notes users to attach scanned documents directly to the emails from the Notes Client with a seamless interface.
How does a user using Lotes notes client send a paper based document to another user? The user has to use the scanning software that comes with the scanner, scan the document, store it in the local machine and then attach the local scanned document to the new email.
Apart from the tedious process, the following are some of the issues that compound the problem
